Diana Gail Hoffner

Feb 14, 1950 — Jul 28, 2026

Audobon, NJ

It is with great sadness that we must announce the passing of Diana Gail Hoffner (née Heimann, formerly Houwen). After extended illness, Diana passed peacefully on July 28th, 2026, with both of her daughters by her side.

Although Diana was born in Philadelphia, and most recently lived in Cherry Hill, she grew up and lived the vast majority of her 76 years right in her hometown of Audubon, New Jersey. Diana was a legal secretary by trade, and was known for her adaptability, wit, and sense of humor. She will be remembered as an intelligent and creative woman whose warmth, artistry, and love for her family will not be forgotten.

Diana is survived by her two daughters, Susan Houwen & Laura Lee (née Houwen) Taglialatella; son-in-law Dan Taglialatella; and beloved grandchildren Xavier Lee-Houwen, June & Johnny Taglialatella. Diana is predeceased by her husband Joseph, by her parents Leo and Annunziata, and by her sister Nancy Dunbar.

The family wishes to thank the staff of St. Mary's Center in Cherry Hill & Virtua Voorhees for their care and understanding.

Interment will be private. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled in the future with details to follow.

Diana loved flowers, and they are welcomed by the family. She will be deeply missed, and forever remembered.
